Union Quarter

Suleman Group’s $275 million mixed use precinct, Union Quarter, is Australia’s largest privately developed project. Vast Electrical has partnered with builder Hickory on this mixed use development in Spotswood that integrates commercial and community spaces over two hectares. The project comprises 334 built to rent residential apartments with views of the Yarra River, as well as ground floor retail featuring Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, a medical centre and chemist spread across three buildings.
