We are excited to partner with Kane Constructions to help deliver the $66 million Design and Construct component of Melbourne Racing Club’s upgraded public realm at the Caulfield campus. This ambitious project will transform Caulfield Racecourse into a sporting and entertainment precinct and create one of the largest public spaces in Melbourne’s south.
The WP3 Public Realm Project focuses on upgrading public spaces and horse areas and includes the delivery of new subterranean Horse Stalls, Mounting Yard, subterranean Jockey and Industry Area, Horse Tunnels, Event Deck and Gardens, Horse Float Area, Horse Integrity Area, two new carparks and associated infrastructure. The WP4 New Administration Building Project focuses on the construction of new office buildings across three levels.
New and flexible racing and non-racing event spaces will be progressively delivered throughout 2022 and 2023 to provide significant enhancements to the public realm. The transformation of the racecourse is expected to be delivered in late 2023.
